Dedicated Team

Our experienced, motivated and dedicated team has a range of backgrounds offering different skills, qualifications and strengths. Often drawn from health, social care, emergency services and the military, all staff are DBS checked, hold as a minimum qualifications in health and social care and are Child Protection and Vulnerable Adult trained. They have in common high levels of motivation, communication skills and the ability to engage/support dual diagnosis and complex needs clients.

Our flexible approach, resilience and “can do” attitude means we operate effectively within complex and often risky environments. Careful consideration is always given as to who works with a particular client, whereby skill sets, personalities and risks are considered. In addition to this, we have staff who specialise in:

  • Acquired brain injuries
  • Autism and Aspergers syndrome
  • Learning disabilities
  • Dementia
  • Alzheimer’s disease
  • Korsakoff’s syndrome
  • Tenancy law
  • Anti social behaviour

We work and communicate closely with other agencies to ensure the best practice and outcomes.
